- Your student card is your college identification while on campus and is required to access certain services.
- Click here for more details about the student card process.
- No student cards will be generated on campus or in person and must be received by mail.
Please note:
International students only need to request a student card if they are planning to travel to Canada to attend in-person classes at one of our campuses. Please wait to submit your student card order until you have arrived in Canada and are currently living in your Canadian address.

If you drive to SLC, you must have a parking pass or pay for parking daily. Find out all details and how to purchase here.
For Brockville and Cornwall students who are interested in purchasing a bus pass, you can receive this directly from the transit office.
Brockville
Cornwall
For new and returning full-time Kingston students the bus pass fee is already included in your ancillary fees therefore you do not need to purchase this separately. To receive your bus pass, you first need to complete the online application to get your student card [the bus pass will be on the student card when you pick it up from Student Services].
We encourage students to leave their cars at home and use public transportation to reduce their carbon footprint, save money, and save time looking for parking on campus.
If you are planning to travel to Canada you MUST fill-out the Mandatory Forms within the iCent app and you MUST attend at least one of our Mandatory Pre-Departure Sessions.
You can find more information here.
