Partnership Streamlines Micro-Credential Training in Virtual Reality at SLC
St. Lawrence College (SLC) has expanded and improved its Virtual Reality (VR) micro-credential offerings through a partnership with UP360, providers of specialized VR training. These improvements were made possible with funding received through the Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) Ontario’s Virtual Learning Strategy.

SLC is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of students graduating from its Community Integration through Co-operative Education (CICE) program. Alumni, family members, and current and past CICE staff are welcome to attend the tri-campus event on Monday, June 12, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on the Kingston campus.
Donors Helping St. Lawrence College Update and Transform Health Sciences Learning Spaces
SLC is pleased to announce that it will be significantly upgrading its health sciences learning spaces after receiving close to one million dollars from various donors. The upgrades will occur on SLC’s campuses in Cornwall, Brockville, and Kingston over the next few years.
Fletcher Foundation Grant to St. Lawrence College Inspires Interest in Biotechnology
A gift to SLC from The Fletcher Foundation will bring area high school students to the College’s labs as part of the Future Technologists Program. Students will work with specialized learning kits and gain exposure to hands-on learning opportunities in Biotechnology. The next workshop at SLC will be held on May 31 for students from Holy Cross Secondary School in Kingston.
