Indigenous St. Lawrence College Launches Unique New Degree - Bachelor of Commerce: Social Innovation
St. Lawrence College (SLC) is proud to announce the launch of a new degree program, the Bachelor of Commerce: Social Innovation. This three-year degree is designed for students eager to drive positive societal change through entrepreneurial and innovative approaches and is the only one of its kind offered in Ontario.
SLC appoints new Vice President Finance, Procurement, Risk, and CFO
St. Lawrence College (SLC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Bosco Yuan as the new Vice President Finance, Procurement, Risk, and Chief Financial Officer. Bosco begins his new role on Monday, November 3, 2025.
“We welcome Bosco with his extensive experience in both profit and non-profit organizations, and his strategic financial leadership that will motivate, inspire, and develop teams,” said Glenn Vollebregt, SLC President and CEO. “His experience and insights will help ensure our finance, procurement, and risk management areas are well supported as we continue to adapt and grow here at SLC.”
SLC graduate wins prestigious award
St. Lawrence College (SLC) is thrilled to announce that alumnus Patrick Moore is the recipient of a prestigious Premier’s Award in the category of Workforce and Skilled Trades Advancement. The announcement was made on October 16 by Colleges Ontario and will be presented at a special, private event in Toronto on November 24, 2025.
