Career Options Fair connects students and employers in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Services

The St. Lawrence College Kingston Campus Police Foundations Program is hosting a Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Service Career Fair on Wednesday, November 12 from 9 am to 3 pm in Davies Hall. 

The Fair will promote workforce development by providing information and tools to help students, alumni, and community members make more informed choices about their education and careers, providing a venue for over 25 industry experts in the fields of law enforcement and criminal justice services to attract future workforce candidates, and connecting current job seekers with prospective employers in the fields of law enforcement and criminal justice services. The event was a joint project organized by Amy Bjerknes and Lidia Dorosz from the Police Foundations program at St. Lawrence College.

Who is invited:

-Police Foundations students St. Lawrence College, Kingston, Brockville and Cornwall
-Community Justice Service students at St. Lawrence College
-Police Foundations and Community Justice Services alumni
-all members of our St. Lawrence College community
-local Kingston and area secondary school guidance counsellors and students interested in the field of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Services
-community members
-police agencies such as RCMP, OPP, Kingston, Gananoque, Toronto, Ottawa, York Regional and CN Police
-representatives from Correctional Services of Canada and St. Lawrence Youth Association
-private security firms such as G4S and Commissionaires
