Masks are required to be worn at the Campus Health Centre. Access to healthcare services is available by appointment. Appointments can be booked in person, via telephone or via online registration. We offer both in-person and telemedicine (over the phone) appointments. Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Telemedicine promotes the provision of medical care using information and communication technologies such as telephone and audio/ video conferencing. Although this method of healthcare delivery improves medical care access, it may not be appropriate in every medical situation. As such, if the consulting medical doctor determines an in-person assessment is necessary, arrangements will be discussed at that time in order to meet the highest standard of care.
If you have any questions or need assistance on completing the telemedicine consent form, please email your Campus Health Centre clinic.
In order to be seen by a Physician at the Campus Health Centre you will need to provide:
- Valid Health Card Number. If your health card is expired, lost, or damaged please visit your local Service Ontario.
- Valid Guard.Me insurance.
Due to the volumes of clinic appointments, students arriving late for scheduled appointments may be required to reschedule.
To cancel an appointment, call, email or cancel in person at your Campus Health Centre clinic. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
All services provided at all three Campus Health Centre clinics are confidential. Health Records are entirely separate from other College documents. There is NO access to your health record by any academic or administrative department. Access to any information must be obtained with your written consent.
