Come discover new tools or refresh old tools for your mental health toolkit! A different topic every week presented twice on Tuesday and Thursday so you can join the time that best suits your schedule.
Tuesdays and Thursdays, February 16 - April 22, 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Note: No sessions on March 2,4,9,11.
Instructions will be given in the first 10-15 minutes, followed by Q&A and time to practice. Have a journal handy to jot down notes.
