Event Overview

Do you want to gain global skills? Do you want to elevate your work placement by going global? Join the seminar to learn the opportunities from our partners. This seminar features: 

• European Innovation Academy: This is a 3-week summer program in Porto Portugal. It focuses on entrepreneurship. You can transfer the credits to your SLC program. Suitable for any business-related programs.   
• Costa Rica Internships: virtual and in-person internships are available in area such as tourism and hospitality, business, marketing, fashion and design, education, health sciences, community and social work.   
• Courses in Kenya and internships in Africa: Study ecology and conservation, engage in artistic collaboration in visual arts and performing arts. There are also virtual internships in South Africa in Arts and Social Justice and Entrepreneurship. 

You will also learn about the offering at SLC Global Learning Centre, including the Global Skill Opportunity (GSO) faculty-led program, and the application process for Global Learning Bursary.
