St. Lawrence College (SLC) invites prospective students, families, and community members to its Spring Open House at the Brockville Campus on Friday, April 10, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Open House is designed for those still exploring programs, or those who have already chosen SLC, to get a close up look at college life with campus tours, meeting faculty and current students, and more.

Visitors will have the chance to explore the modern classrooms and labs where you'll study, connect with program faculty and current students, learn about your program's curriculum, career prospects, and more. Connect with college staff with questions about OSAP and financial aid, wellness, and accessibility services. Live program demonstrations will be held in the firefighter and nursing labs.

"We're thrilled to open our doors and show prospective students what SLC is all about,” said Glenn Vollebregt, SLC President and CEO. “Our programs are built around one goal: making sure you're ready to work the day you graduate. Whether you're drawn to firefighting, nursing, or any of our other programs, you'll find faculty who are industry professionals and hands-on training that employers recognize.”

There's Still Time to Apply

Haven't applied yet? There's still time. Prospective students who apply to an open program at SLC during the event will receive a voucher covering the $150 OCAS application fee. Attendees are encouraged to have an active ontariocolleges.ca profile ready to log in and apply on the spot. Limited quantities are available; terms and conditions apply.
