Artist Bio
Bill is a technical illustrator and his work in publications is nationally recognized. He encounters diverse situations and challenges working as a freelance technical artist. Photography is the focus of Bill’s creative expression and he enjoys travelling with his wife in search of a wide array of vistas. Portraiture is his favourite theme.

Bill will be teaching Hometown Tourist Photography at the Brockville Campus on July 19th-21st from 6 pm-9 pm
