POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Manager, Academic and Campus Operations, the Dual Credit Facilitator program is responsible for the administrative support functions as they relate to the delivery of the Dual Credit program.  The incumbent is accountable for compiling, reviewing, and presenting accurate information related to the functions of academic planning, and other related administrative processes.  At the direction of their manager, the incumbent organizes student-facing Dual Credit activities at the Cornwall campus in collaboration with school board and college partners.

Under the direction of the Manager, Academic and Campus Operations, the incumbent acts as a resource for school board and college staff on college and the funder’s (School College Work Initiative - SCWI) policies and procedures and school or campus-based practices related to academic operations and may be asked to participate on Regional and Provincial Committees.

The incumbent will report to the Manager, Academic and Campus Operations.  Functional guidance may be provided by other managers.

    Education and Experience:

    A minimum of a 3-year diploma/degree in Business Administration.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience communicating effectively with a variety of individuals and partners in different roles (such as with District School Boards) required.

      Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:

      The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location. The ability to travel to Brockville and Cornwall campuses each week.

      The incumbent may be required to lift a medium amount of weight (between 5 to 20 kg and 11 to 44 lbs) such as occasionally moving boxes of books and orientation materials to a classroom for presentations.
