POSITION sUMMARY
The incumbent provides confidential clerical support and student services to the Manager, Academic and Campus Operations, faculty, and students associated with the Kingston Literacy and Basic Skills, and Academic and Career Entrance (Career/College Prep). The incumbent provides both college student enrollment and file maintenance, as well as extensive MTCU data collection and reporting services and is responsible for the integrity/reconciliation of data collected.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a 1-year certificate or equivalent in office administration.
A minimum of 2 years of practical work experience providing clerical support in a computerized service environment.
Other Required Qualifications:
- Record keeping skills
- Communication skills
- Teamwork skills
Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location. Light lifting (up to 5 kg or 11 lbs.) of boxes of textbooks and papers may be required. Normal office environment.
