NOTE: For accuracy of information and record keeping, only requests made via the online request form will be processed (unless otherwise specified)

NOTE: Students requiring a transcript for IRCC or PGWP can use an UNOFFICIAL copy of their transcript, which can be obtained from your slc.me immediately, or from any school office. If you wish to obtain an official copy, please complete the  form and it will be processed in the time indicated.

NOTE: Transcripts from highschools or other post-secondary institutions which have been sent to St. Lawrence College cannot be copied or released

How to obtain/send a copy of your SLC transcript

Complete the fillable Transcript Request Form.

Please note: An electronic signature is required to obtain/send your transcript to your destination.

Note: Laurentian BScN and BBA graduates are advised to order transcripts directly from Laurentian University, for proof of completion and admission purposes. https://laurentian.ca/transcripts

What information is required on the request form?

Please follow these steps and have this information prepared when requesting your electronic OFFICIAL transcript:

1. Provide SLC Student ID Number (providing an accurate 7 digit SLC student ID number prevents delays in processing)
2. Tell us what program you took and when
3. Tell us if you want it sent directly to yourself, or to a third party (workplace, educational institution, other) and provide the email address to direct it to
4. Your electronic signature is required for any release of information, and will be required at the end of the form for submission

NOTE: There is no fee required for students who graduated 2025 or earlier

NOTE: All transcripts will be sent electronically in OFFICIAL  version. If you require an alternative, you can email transcripts@sl.on.ca. Please note that a delay in processing and fee may apply

To obtain an Education Verification

An Education Verification request must be submitted in writing and include the student's signed consent to release the information emailed to transcripts@sl.on.ca.

*Please allow 5-10 business days for processing of any/all requests.
