The new Food Safety and Security Techniques program is a one-year Ontario College Certificate offered on the Kingston campus. This unique program is unlike traditional food and culinary programs. Taught by a multidisciplinary faculty team, students will gain a fundamental understanding of all segments of the supply chain from farm to table.
The new Computer Programming program is a two-year Ontario College Diploma offered on the Cornwall campus. Students will learn:
- basic programming practices
- problem-solving
- software design
- critical thinking and application development
- write programs for desktop, web, and mobile
- programming languages, including C#, C++, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and Java
