Registration Services Officers Streamline Course Enrolment Process

The Registrar’s Office recently introduced the new tri-campus Registration Services Officers (RSO) who will be providing front-line services to most enrolment-related matters. Please share this information with students you know who are asking questions and who may require assistance. This information has been updated on the College website at the following link.

Students can contact the RSOs at enrolment@sl.on.ca for information and help for the following:

  • course registration, including dropping and adding courses
  • accessing timetables 
  • tuition and fees payment and student account questions 
  • withdrawing from a program 
  • changing programs
  • changing from full-time to part-time status or vice-versa
  • advanced level entry applications
  • GENED registrations 
  • graduation
