Marketing for Good: Charity Trade Show

marketing for good

Students from the Advertising and Marketing Communications (AMC) program have found an innovative solution to support an annual charity trade show. For the first time attendees of the trade show will be able to join a three-hour virtual event on November 26th at 11:00 am to raise awareness and funds in support of the work taking place in our communities.

By moving the annual event online, the AMC students hope their tradeshow will have a greater impact, as attendees will not have to contend with restrictions due to COVID-19. “The trade show is a great opportunity for us as students to use marketing for good and support causes that we are passionate about in the community,” said AMC student Sonia Mortensen, who is representing Friends of Lemoine Point.

Registration is available at www.Marketing4Good.ca. Learn more about how the event was created and adapted for a virtual space on the Marketing4Good blog.
