Panelists shared candid advice and personal stories, emphasizing resilience, adaptability, and passion as keys to success. Students left energized and equipped with practical strategies for navigating their own career paths.

Student takeaways:

• “Life is a winding road, but it mostly leads somewhere great. Say yes to connections and opportunities—you might be pleasantly surprised.”
• “Refine how you tell your story and focus on what drives you.”
• “You can always learn a new position—be flexible and lean into the skills you don’t have.”

Insights from the panel:

• Be fearless in chasing your dreams
• Volunteer to build networks and gain experience
