Job Title: Total Rewards Assistant

pOSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will work under the direction of Associate Director, Total Rewards and will assist with administrative duties in support of the Total Rewards unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record keeping/information tracking.
- E-mail correspondence related to supporting the total rewards function.
- Gathering data, compiling information, preparing reports.
- Performing information audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
- A minumum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Other Required Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management, strong organizational skills, and an attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively work independently with instruction, or collaboratively as part of a team.
- General knowledge of standard computer applications (MS word, Excel, Teams, & Email).
- High degree of integrity for maintaining confidentiality at all times.
SALARY & TERMS:
- Start Rate: $17.95/hour (plus 6% in lieu of vacation)
- Hours Per Week: 10.00

Terms of Employment:
- Must be currently enrolled in Full-Time studies at St. Lawrence College
- Must be in good academic standing for full duration of employment.
