St. Lawrence College Launches Online Graduate Certificate in Autism & Behavioural Science
St. Lawrence College (SLC) is pleased to announce the launch of its Autism & Behavioural Science Ontario College Graduate Certificate, now available fully online. The one-year, full-time program is open to both domestic and international students, with classes beginning September 2026. This new online format is in addition to the in-person Autism and Behavioural Science program on SLC’s Kingston campus.
SLC’s Graphic Design Graduating Class Hosts Exhibition
St. Lawrence College’s graduating class from the Graphic Design program invites the public to experience their final exhibition, on display in the main foyer of the Kingston Campus from April 17 to 24, 2026. For visitors to SLC’s Open House on Saturday, April 18, it’s a great opportunity to see first-hand what Graphic Design is about, and its connection to community. “The diverse body of student work covers interaction design, brand identity, digital campaigns, and print media. Each piece reflects the professional skills and creative thinking students have developed over the course of their program,” said Andrea Ruskin, Professor, Graphic Design.
Fleming College and St. Lawrence College begin integration process to build stronger institution for students and communities
Fleming College and St. Lawrence College have agreed to integrate as equal partners, beginning a formal process to create a stronger institution with greater scale, broader access for students to programs and services, and improved long-term financial sustainability. Today’s announcement marks a significant step toward building a larger, more capable institution that can expand access and strengthen long-term sustainability.
SLC Celebrates Student-Athletes at Surge Awards
St. Lawrence College hosted its annual Surge Awards on Friday, March 27 at the Kingston campus, recognizing student-athletes across all varsity programs for their performance and contributions during the 2025-26 season. The night also featured special acknowledgement for student staff, provincial and national recognitions, team awards for varsity basketball, rugby, soccer, and volleyball, and was capped off by a series of major awards.
St. Lawrence College Musical Theatre Presents Spring Awakening
St. Lawrence College is pleased to present Spring Awakening, performed by second and third-year students in the Musical Theatre Performance (MTP) program. The show will run Friday, April 10 to Sunday, April 12 at Gananoque’s Firehall Theatre. This production is directed and choreographed by Thomas Alderson. Spring Awakening is a poignant coming-of-age rock musical, featuring music by Duncan Sheik with lyrics and book by Steven Sater. Inspired by Frank Wedekind’s 1891 play of the same name, the production is a captivating journey set against the backdrop of late 19th–century Germany.
