Striving in Stress

Feeling anxious is common and can be a helpful tool as we navigate our everyday lives. At times, our anxiety can exceed our ability to cope with stressors in our school and personal lives. Led by a Student Success Facilitator and a Counsellor, these introductory workshops are designed to help you learn more about managing your anxiety by increasing your personal and academic resilience. This workshop will be delivered in 9 weekly sessions (no pause over study break) from Wed Oct 6 to Wed Dec 1, 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM. Join us to Strive in Stress!
