After ECE Professor Kim Hawley lost her internet connection for 30 minutes in the middle of her class, she expected to log back in and find her students had left. She was surprised by what she found instead.

Ian Simpson, a professor in SLC's Music Theatre Performance program, has been selected by the Musical Theatre Educators’ Alliance (MTEA) to be the Canadian representative of the international committee for colleges and universities.

SLC’s Library team is excited to announce new and expanded services for contactless book pickup, scanning service, and book returns. Services will continue to expand in the coming weeks.

The City of Kingston is conducting a Community and Consumer Confidence Survey, which is now live. The survey was created as part of a Queen’s University PhD-Community Initiative, in conjunction with City Communications and the Community Confidence Working Group, which SLC is part of.
