St. Lawrence College (SLC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nelly Radfar as the new Executive Director, Digital Technology and Innovation. Nelly began her new role on August 18, 2025.
Nelly brings over two decades of experience in digital transformation, innovation leadership, and customer experience strategy, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology modernization initiatives across global and national organizations.
Most recently, she served as Executive Director, Digital and Customer Experience at KPMG, where she led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, developed customer-centric strategies, and implemented AI- and data-driven service models.
At St. Lawrence College, Nelly will lead its digital strategy, working collaboratively across departments to enhance student and employee experiences through technology. Her background in both software engineering and business leadership—supported by a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Master in Software Engineering—positions her uniquely to bridge strategy and execution in support of institutional goals.
Throughout her career, Nelly has demonstrated a strong commitment to education. She currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for Centennial College’s Business Marketing Program, where she helps shape curriculum and strengthen industry partnerships to support student success in a digital-first economy.
“We are so thrilled to welcome Nelly to the SLC community,” said Glenn Vollebregt, SLC President and CEO.” With her expertise in service design, digital enablement, data privacy, and user experience, she will play a vital role in advancing our digital transformation journey and aligning our services with our Student First value and long-term strategic priorities.”
