In lieu of tips, the Veterinary Assistant students working at Scruffy Dog Salon have requested that any gestures of gratitude be made in the form of donations to the James Dunlop Memorial Award for Compassion.
James Dunlop Memorial Award for Compassion
James Dunlop graduated from the Veterinary Assistant program in 2015, but sadly lost his life shortly thereafter. James was an exceptional student and a lover of all creatures great and small. He exemplified compassion towards animals and people to the highest degree. The James Dunlop Memorial Award for Compassion will be awarded to a graduating student in the Veterinary Assistant program who has demonstrated James’ exemplary compassion towards all animals.
