Open Session meetings of the Board of Governors are open to members of the public who wish to listen and observe proceedings. Guests are not permitted to vote or participate in meeting discussions.
Open Session meetings of the full board start between 12:30pm and 1:00pm depending on the nature of the agenda.
Meetings take place in person at an SLC campus or virtually through Microsoft Teams.
Guests interested in joining are asked to contact Kristen Bullock via kbullock@sl.on.ca in advance of the meeting where you will be provided the meeting login credentials or instruction as to how they can join in-person meetings.
Due to the nature of the content, guests are not permitted to participate in In-Camera sessions or meetings of the board’s Sub-Committees.
Open Session minutes of the St. Lawrence College Board of Governors are available upon request to the Board Office via Kristen Bullock, Executive Assistant to the Board of Governors via kbullock@sl.on.ca noting that previous board meeting minutes can be found on the board portal.
Important Note: Given SLC’s pending integration with Fleming College (set for April 1, 2027) additional board meetings for the newly integrated college will need to be set between April 1, 2027 and the academic year-end, August 31, 2027. When these dates become available, they will be shared on the college website.
