I've always had a passion for good food and wanted to learn to make nice meals for those special people in my life. It's just one way I show my love.

In fairly recent times, I received the opportunity to do so and am now entering my second year in the Cook Apprenticeship (Advanced) at St. Lawrence College.

The program itself is excellent and comes with Chef Instructors with impeccable credentials who make learning fun.

It is with their knowledge that I'm on the journey to success in the Culinary Field and am happy to recommend this program to anyone who may be contemplating entering the industry.
