    Health Requirements

The St Lawrence Pre-Service Firefighting Program was a good combination of both mental and physical attributes. It allows you to think outside the box and problem solve while pushing your physical abilities to the highest level. With great instructors, you will gain great knowledge and hands-on fire skills that will help you secure a full-time firefighting job. While in the program it was impossible to knock the smile off my face, whether I was repelling down the side of a building, spraying hose lines, practicing firefighting survival methods or doing live fire scenarios.
