Here are a few pieces of important information that you should know to help make your first few days back and year a success.

Important Dates:

June 15 - Deadline - $500 non-refundable deposit due. Learn how to pay the deposit here.

August 9 - Deadline - Balance of Fall tuition fees due (students not receiving OSAP). Questions? Check out the Tuition and Fees FAQ.

August 17 - Timetables are available on (subject to change up to the first week of class)

August 21 - Get your Kingston Transit pass for your student card (Kingston Campus only). Questions or lost card? Check out the student card FAQ.

September 6 - Classes Start!

September 11 - Deadline - Balance of Fall tuition fees due (students receiving OSAP). Questions? Check out the Tuition and Fees FAQ.

October 9 - Thanksgiving day – no classes

Various dates: Deadline – The deadline for Program/Course Withdrawals without academic penalty varies, based on course and semester duration. Check your portal and calendar for the exact date.

December 15 - Fall term ends for most full-time programs

Student Fees and Payment Information

The fee schedules provide a listing of the approved tuition and compulsory ancillary fees for the 2017-18 academic year. To learn more about fees click here.

You can also pay by credit, debit, money order or cash in person at each campus.

Note: A $150 late fee will be applied for late payments.

Timetables & Textbook Lists

Timetables will be available on by August 17th. Timetables are subject to change; please check again the first week in September. 

Textbook lists will be available on by mid-July. Please note: If you require any changes to your timetable, Kingston students should visit their school office. Brockville and Cornwall should visit Student Service Centres.

Transfer Credits

Transferring to SLC with courses from a prior post-secondary institution? Learn how to use these toward transfer credits and exemptions. Click here. is your Student Portal. *Kingston students can get their Kingston Transit sticker starting this date as well

Verification of Enrolment

Are you getting funds from an RESP or other education savings fund? If so, you will require a Verification of Enrolment Letter. You can print this yourself on your account under "My Hub", then "My Academics" and finally "Request enrolment verification". Choose the desired term and click ”Create Letter”. Transportation: Parking Pass & Transit

Parking Pass:

If you drive and park on campus, you will need a parking pass. The pass can be purchased from your campus bookstore. For specific costs, check out the parking page.
