Feeling anxious is common and can be a helpful tool as we navigate our everyday lives. At times our anxiety can exceed our ability to cope with stressors in our school and personal lives. 

Anxiety 101 is an introductory workshop designed to help you learn more about managing your anxiety by increasing your personal and academic resilience. 

When: Wednesdays (January 15th to March 25th)

Time: 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm

Location: The Innovation Hub (Kingston Campus)
