The Information Kiosk is the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors to our Kingston campus. You can find the Kiosk outside the newly renovated Welcome Centre. All positions at the Kiosk are bursary funded to help create a peer-to-peer connection allowing for a Students serving Students approach.

Kiosk Hours of Operation

Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 3:30pm
Sunday: Closed

What is the Kiosk’s purpose? What can they do for you?

  • Direct students, staff and the public to specific rooms, events, etc. happening on the Kingston campus.
  • Answer general questions.

Do you have an event on campus?

  • Email the kiosk the details at If you do not send us the information, the Kiosk cannot help direct your attendees to your event.
  • In the email, please provide: Date, Time, Location, Contact Info, and Description of the event.

What the Kiosk cannot do for you:

  • Due to safety and security the Kiosk cannot accept any packages. If a package does arrive, they will be sent to the Shipping Department, however if the delivery chooses to not go to Shipping, they will be sent away with package in hand.
  • The Kiosk cannot act as a receptionist – if you are expecting someone please meet them at the front entrance. However if you are running late, feel free to email, skype or call the Kiosk and inform them you’re on your way.
