January 2019 intake - KINGSTON ONLY

We look forward to welcoming you on our Kingston campus. Now that you are preparing to come to Canada we are pleased to offer you the following airport pickup and accommodations packages to assist you during your first days in Canada.

The following packages will require you to arrive at Pearson International Airport in Toronto between December 27th, 2018 to January 2nd, 2019. Any arrivals outside of those dates, you will be responsible to get to Kingston campus on your own. Please read all details below before filling in an application form.

Package 1: Airport Pickup + Accommodation for 2 Nights

Instructions for Airport Arrival: Once you go through customs, you will be in the Arrivals section of the airport. To get airport pick up you will need to check in with “Ground Transportation” desk, located on the Ground level of Terminal 1 and on the Arrivals level of Terminal 3. The driving company is called ONTARIO COACHWAY, and they will let the driver know you are there. Do not leave the Ground/Arrivals area of the airport.

Departure times from Pearson International Airport will leave between 2pm and 9pm on the day your flight arrives to allow time for other students to arrive. Once you sign up for this service and pay the fee, you can be assured that your bus will be there to bring you to your hotel arranged by the college in Kingston. Do not leave the terminal while you are waiting for your bus.

Accommodation

Included in these packages, two nights’ accommodation will be provided at a hotel close to our Kingston SLC campus. See below for two accommodation options:

Single Room
You will receive two nights’ accommodation in your own room.

Costs

Single Room for two nights + Airport Pickup = $400.00 CAD non-refundable fee*

*Please note: Once you sign up for this service, the fees are non-refundable and reservations cannot be changed. Should you choose to leave the hotel early, the fees are non-refundable. If you wish to stay longer, it will be your responsibility to book additional nights with the hotel staff at your own cost.

Package 2: Airport Pickup ONLY

Once you go through Customs and collect your baggage you will need to check in with “Ground Transportation” desk, located on the Ground level of Terminal 1 and on the Arrivals level of Terminal 3. The driving company is called ONTARIO COACHWAY, and they will let the driver know you are there.

$160.00 non-refundable fee.

Application Form

To register for the Airport Pickup + Accommodation package, please complete the application form and email it to newstudentarrivals@sl.on.ca at least TWO WEEKS prior to your arrival. Please note that inability to provide all necessary information may result in a missed pickup.

Application form and payment must be fully completed to arrange this service. Once you are registered for either service, you will receive an email from newstudentarrivals@sl.on.ca to confirm.

A completed application package should include a copy of the following documents:

  • Complete Application Form
  • Proof of Payment from Flywire
  • Study visa
  • Flight itinerary
