This consecutive 96 hour clinical experience provides the student, in partnership with assigned agency staff, experience in the role of the Personal Support Worker in the community setting. The diversity and individuality of needs presented by clients in the community setting offers the student the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in supporting and assisting consumers/clients complete personal care and activities of daily living. The consolidating student functions in the role of a beginning level Personal Support Worker as part of the care/service team in a community setting. Pre-requisite: tba
