The study of organizational behaviour is the study of three separate but interrelated processes; first, the study of individual behaviour in organizations including such topics as perception, attitudes, and work motivation; second, the study of group dynamics including such topics as team building, leadership, and decision-making; and finally, the study of organizational structure, culture, climate and change. Role-playing and/or case study is used to examine the basic dimensions of human behaviour in organizations. Course content is valuable to both line and staff functions in any organizations.
