This course will teach you how to design and effectively deliver strength and conditioning programs in an individual and group setting. You will learn to analyze the components of fitness- muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance, while applying this knowledge in a safe manner to develop a variety of individualized training programs based on the goals of the client. This course will also focus on how to lead and motivate fitness participants in a group setting according to the National Fitness Leadership Advisory Committee guidelines. The Can-Fit-Pro Group Fitness and applied theory and practical courses will be included.
