COMP 3023

This course is designed to help students further develop skills within the context of specialized legal procedures. These skills are required to produce legal documents relating to the law clerk's areas of responsibility, expanded from the COMP3021 concentration on legal correspondence and litigation into corporate law, real estate, wills and estates, and family law. Students will also learn legal concepts and applications relating to these fields of law, and will become skilled at completing a variety of legal forms and documents encountered therein. Through activities such as the study of theory and practical assignments, you will become exposed to a wide range of information relevant to your chosen career.
