Medical Office Assistant Certificate

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program is offered entirely online and is designed primarily for the person with little or no previous business experience. The focus is on the development of strong office support skills with emphasis on interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Graduates of this program will be prepared for standard operational procedures that are required for the smooth operation of a business office.

In order to complete the certificate, students must successfully complete 9 core compulsory courses, plus 1 elective course.
