Faculty Bios

Paulette Saulnier (Co-ordinator, Teacher)
Paulette has been teaching at St. Lawrence College since 1985 both in the classroom and by distance. She has a B.A. in Sociology and English, a B.Ed. in Primary Junior Education and an E.C.E. Diploma from St. Lawrence College. She has worked in many different childcare settings since 1974. These include centre based care with all age groups, co-ordinating a home day care program, Child Life worker, and teacher at the St. Lawrence College lab school.

Vicky Baker (Field Placement Supervisor, Teacher)
Vicky has been teaching since 1991. She is a graduate of the E.C.E. program at St. Lawrence College and has worked in both Centre and home based day care.

Debbie Martin (Field Placement Supervisor, Teacher)
Debbie has worked in both centre based and home based day care. She is a 1987 graduate of the E.C.E. program at St. Lawrence College. Debbie supervised a nursery school for nine years. Her special interests include music and special education. Debbie co-ordinates and supervises all Field Placements for the distance ECE program.

Kim Hawley (Teacher)
Kim graduated from St. Lawrence College in 1989, and has worked in daycare settings since then.
