Principles and Theories of Assertive Community Treatment
(45 hrs)
This course explores the history and theory of ACT. Programs of ACT are examined throughout Canada, the United States and Europe. The unique multi-disciplinary role of team members is discussed and fidelity to the model is explored in depth.

This will be an excellent course for those already working in the ACT field or in the field of mental health. Comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, fidelity, implementation, and evaluation are discussed in detail.
