Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC)

The Maintenance Management Certification Program (MMCP) is designed for individuals aspiring to maintenance management positions, those already in maintenance management and looking for formal training, individuals seeking full maintenance professional designation, or those seeking only to focus on training in selected area. This certificate program is comprised of eight courses.

On successful completion of the courses listed, individuals can make application to PEMAC for use of the MMP (Maintenance Management Professional) designation. A transcript of all marks and a detailed job description outlining employment in Maintenance/ Engineering for a minimum two-year period must accompany the application.

Program Location: Brockville

The Maintenance Management Certification Program is comprised of 8 courses:

  • Introduction to Maintenance Management (15 hours)
  • Production & Operations Management (30 hours)
  • Human Resources Management (30 hours)
  • Accounting & Finance (30 hours)
  • Planned Maintenance Management (30 hours)
  • Predictive Maintenance Technologies (30 hours)
  • Computerized Maintenance Management (30 hours)
  • Capstone Course (6 hours)
