St. Lawrence College’s Cornwall campus, to graduate over 500 students

Cornwall, ON: Students graduating from St. Lawrence College’s Cornwall campus are poised to walk the stage in Aultsville Hall for Convocation on Friday June 6th. Three ceremonies will be held at 10:00 am, 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm.

The 10:00 am ceremony will be held for students graduating from the School of Health Sciences programs. The Valedictorian for the 10:00 am ceremony is Sara McRae, who will graduate from Bachelor of Science in Nursing program.

The afternoon ceremony will be held at 1:30 pm for students graduating from the School of Community Services, and School of Justice Studies & Applied Arts programs, and Iohahi:io Akwesasne. The Valedictorian for the afternoon ceremony is Veron C. Edwards, who will graduate from General Arts and Science program.

The evening ceremony will be held at 5:00pm for students graduating from programs in the School of Applied Science & Computing, School of Business, School of Skilled Trades & Tourism and Online and Continuing Education programs. The Valedictorian for the evening ceremony is Rebecca-Ann Priscilla Jalbert who will graduate from the Business Administration – Accounting program.

“We look forward to Convocation, it is a time of year we are brimming with pride over the accomplishments of our students,” said Glenn Vollebregt, President and CEO of St. Lawrence College.  “We know how hard they worked to fulfill their goals and we share in their hopes for the future, be it moving forward to their chosen career or pursuing further education. Our graduates will always be part of our St. Lawrence College family. ”
