St. Lawrence College continues to offer job finding service

Whether you’re looking for work, or looking to hire, St. Lawrence College will continue to help through a new agreement with the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities by offering the Employment Service Program from its Kingston campus, as well as downtown Ottawa location at 71 Bank Street. The service has also been expanded to include locations throughout Frontenac County. They are now located in Kingston West at Park Centre, 785 Midpark Drive as well as 1099 Garrett Street in Sharbot Lake. Itinerant services are also offered in partnership with the Frontenac Employment Resource Centre in Sydenham.

Previously known as Job Connect, this free servicehas been expanded to offer support to the communities in all areas of Employment Assistance as well as application processing for Second Career, Self Employment Benefits and Job Creation.

"We are excited about the expansion of our employment services program," says Gord MacDougall, Vice President, Student and External Affairs. "It allows us to reach more people, in more communities and meet even more of their employment needs."
