SLC Information Technology Services main office is located on the Kingston campus, with facilities and support staff distributed at each of the College campuses. We manage the College’s network and communications infrastructure and deliver services that support teaching and learning, including:

SLC IT Client Services operates out of 3 campuses, with our main centralized Service Desk located on the Kingston Campus (room 11140), and our satellite offices located on the Brockville Campus (room 214) and the Cornwall Campus (room M2414).

Summer 2017 Hours

The Kingston IT Service Desk is open:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00am – 8:00pm
Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am – 2:00pm

The Brockville and Cornwall Service Desk office is open:
Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday

Fall 2017 Hours

The Kingston IT Service Desk is open:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 10:00pm
Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am – 3:00pm

The Brockville and Cornwall Service Desk office is open:
Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday

The main Student IT Service Desk phone (available to all students) is manned Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 10:00pm and 9:00am – 3:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Students should call ext. 1000 from within the College or dial your local campus main number and then ext. 1000 when not on campus.

The Staff IT Service Desk is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Staff should call ext. 4357 from within the college or dial the local campus main number and then ext. 4357 when not on campus.
