Branches are geographically-based organizations of alumni which plan and implement social activities and special events designed to “rally the troops” at a local level, in support of the Alumni Relations Mission. In addition, branch representatives assist in the presentation of specific bursaries at Student Awards Nights, give an address to the graduates at convocation, and represent alumni at special events. Chapters are similar, but are formed based on a common affinity or bond, such as a former sports team or club.

We are always seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join our local executives. The work is never too heavy, and the company is always outstanding. For more information on getting involved in your local Alumni Branch, or to inquire as to how to start a new branch in your area, please contact the Alumni Relations Office.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic SLC alumni in the Cornwall area to join our Executive Committee. The local association planned an annual dinner as well as other social functions for alumni and friends of St. Lawrence College.
