Residence Fees

Students currently living in Residence will not be charged extra fees to accommodate the extended Fall semester weeks of December 18th, January 2nd, and January 8th.

Residence fees for the Winter 2018 semester are due on December 7, 2018.

If you are not able to arrange January accommodations in order to complete your Fall semester, please contact Barry Kennedy at bkennedy@sl.on.ca.

Students who withdraw between October 16 and December 5 will be provided with a prorated residence fee refund based on the date of October 16h (the start of the strike)

Parking

Fall semester passes will be valid until Friday, January 12, 2018 despite their printed expiry date. Winter semester passes will be made available online prior to Monday, January 15, 2018. 

Students who purchased a Fall or Annual parking pass prior to the strike will have their parking account credited by the equivalent value of 5 weeks of parking.

For those who will not require future parking purchases, please email parking@sl.on.ca to request the refund.

Students who withdraw by December 5 will receive a full refund for parking. Please be prepared to provide your signed Academic Withdrawal Form to the Parking office or email a copy as an attachment to parking@sl.on.ca to request a refund.

Meal Plan

Meal Plan refunds will be subject to Brown’s existing policy. Please note that the $50 admin fee will be waived by the College. Click here to learn more about Meal Plan refunds.
